Students from Hallowell Elementary School in Horsham, PA Complete Toy Drive

Students from Hallowell Elementary School in Horsham, PA completed a toy drive to support Second Chance Toys of PA Earth Week toy donations. The program is one of many in the Bucks County area supporting plastic toy rescue and recycling efforts.
