This holiday season, Uber, Kidville and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? will make it easier than ever to donate your gently-used plastic toys from the 5 boroughs of NYC and from Hudson and Union Counties in NJ. Here’s how:

From December 5 - 11, 2016  

Go to any of the 6 Kidvilles in NYC (listed below) and drop off your plastic toys from 9am-5pm.

On Saturday, December 10, 2016  

Request an Uber driver for a FREE pickup of your gently-used plastic toys

Enter GIVINGNYC16 in the payment tab and tap the Operation Toy Drive pop-up at the bottom of the Uber App on December 10th, 10am-4pm, to request a pickup

Once the toys are picked up, they will be dropped off at one of the 6 Kidvilles in NYC where they will be cleaned and sorted. Then on Monday, December 12th, all the toys will be picked up by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and delivered directly to organizations that care for children in need throughout NYC. Within 48 hours they will be in the hands of deserving children!!

Toys must be plastic, no small or missing parts, batteries functioning and secured within the toy.
